2.2 These General Conditions of Sale govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.olioulive.com and do not, however, regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by subjects other than the Seller who are present on www.olioulive.com through links, banners or other hypertext links.
2.3 The products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered when completing and sending the order form in electronic format with simultaneous acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
2.4 The product offers on the website www.olioulive.com are aimed at adult customers. If you are under 18, you must first have the consent of one of your parents or a legal guardian in order to purchase on the website www.olioulive.com. By placing an order through this website, you warrant and assure us that you are of legal age (18 years).

Invoice will be issued by Azienda Agricola Sanarica Emmanuel, the Customer must indicate the exact data necessary for billing and specify the shipping address of the invoice.

3.7 The language available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian and the applicable law is Italian.

4. Order fulfillment.

4.6 The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products within the times specified on the Site. With exceptions, deliveries take place within 7 working days for Italy and 15 working days for European destinations.

5. Sales prices

The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated by the website at the time the Order is sent via the Internet. 8.3 If the right of withdrawal is exercised by you in accordance with the conditions indicated above in paragraph 8.2 (integrity and original packaging), the Seller is required to reimburse the sums paid by you no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the return.
8.4 In case of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are at your expense. The Seller will send an express courier to collect the Product at the address indicated by you.
8.7 Azienda Agricola Sanarica Emmanuel undertakes to bear the initial shipping costs of the Products exclusively in the event of damage to them due to transport or errors in shipping by the Seller.
8.8 In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal without complying with the methods indicated above, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller. Within 10 days of sending the email with which you will be notified of the non-acceptance of the return, by replying to the email itself you can choose to get back, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller.
