CLASSIFICATION
Extra virgin olive oil from the superior category obtained directly from the vinegars and exclusively through 100% Italian mechanical processes - Extra virgin olive oil.
CULTIVOS
These types of olive are combined in a unique blend, designed by experts to highlight the organoleptic characteristics of each variety of vinegar. Some of the types include the varieties Leccino, Pendolino, Frantoio and Coratina.
PRODUCTION AREA
Montemesola, in the Taranto region, in Apulia. The olive trees were born in a rugged valley between the Murgia of the Valle de Itria and the sea of the Gulf of Taranto, benefiting from the beneficial influence of the marine air and the thermal oscillation of the hills.
ALTITUDE
From 120 to 240 meters above the sea level.
COSECHA
From the 20th to the 30th of October 2022. The recipes can be purchased within the 2 hours following the collection.
RECOGNITION METHOD
A mixture of manual collection, things and mechanical processes.
ALMACENAMIENTO
In stainless steel silos with nitrogen insertion.

Amarillo aranjado with green reflections.
TASTE
Delicate, with a fruity and bitter taste and hints of alcachofa, tomato and green almendra, with a light note of olive hojas.
